Vereinzelt hat man auch schon da und dort solche Abdrücke zur Identificirung von Verbrechern, oder auch von Deserteuren benutzt es ist aber nicht einzusehen, weshalb man sich darauf beschränken soll.</td></ins></div></td></tr>
