<td>Wien. 21. Mai. - Am nächsten Mittwoch wird Samuel L. Clemens (Mark Twain) nebst Familie nach 1 1/2-jährigem Aufenthalt Wien verlassen. Sie werden von hier nach Dresden, Berlin und London reisen und den Sommer in dem schottischen Hochlande zubringen. Im Herbst begiebt sich die Familie nach Florida. Mark Twain hat ein neues Buch vollendet, in welchem er alle berühmten Persönlichkeiten, die er in seinem Leben kennenlernte, beschreibt. Er erklärte, Wien habe ihm viel literarisches Material geliefert, aber die politische Korruption der Stadt sei noch entsätzlicher [sic], als die in Amerika herrschende.</td>
<td>Vienna. May 21. - Next Wednesday Samuel L. Clemens (Mark Twain) and his family will leave Vienna after a stay of 1 1/2 years. They will travel on to Dresden, [[Berlin]] and London and spend the summer in the Scottish Highlands. In fall, the family will go to Florida. Mark Twain has completed a new book in which he describes all the famous people he has met in his life. He explained that Vienna has provided him with much literary material, but the political corruption of the city is even more appalling than it is in America.</td>
