Eine große Menge von Freunden und Verehrern hielt den greisen Humoristen mit Händeschütteln in Arbeit und begleitete die Abfahrt des Zuges nach Tilbury mit frohen Abschiedsrufen. | London, July 14. - Twain (Samuel L. Clemens) has started his journey home on the steamer “Minnetonka” of the “Atlantic Transport Line”. A large crowd of friends and admirers kept the aged humorist busy shaking hands and accompanied the departure of the train to Tilbury with cheerful farewell shouts. |
